Good to know
Is Before6 Run Club free?
Yes. The run is free every Saturday. Coffee after is optional and you pay for your own.
Do I need to be fast?
No. There's a walk/run group, an easy group at about 6:30 per km and a steady group at about 5:30 per km. Nobody gets left behind.
Why RSVP?
So we know numbers and can send you the exact meeting point and a reminder the night before. We cap each run at 30 people so the groups stay social.
What should I bring?
Something bright or a light before sunrise, water if it is warm, and a few dollars for coffee.
Before6 Run Club is listed in the Sunshine Coast directory by the same rules as every other club. It's never pinned to the top.
