What we collect
- Run Club RSVPs: your first name, email address, pace group, that you accepted the run waiver, and whether you want Before6 news.
- Email sign-ups: your email address and the page you signed up on.
- Listing submissions and corrections: your name, role, email and the details you send about a club or venue, including any photos.
- Site usage: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your spot, send you the meeting point and remind you the night before a run.
- To contact you about a run that changes or is cancelled, including for safety reasons.
- To check and publish listings, and to follow up when details need updating.
- To send Before6 news and product releases, only if you opted in.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database, hosted in Sydney) and Resend (email). Some of them may process data outside Australia, including in the United States. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it within five working days.
How long we keep it
We keep RSVP records for [12 months] after your last run, then delete them, unless we need them for an incident report or insurance claim.
Accessing or correcting your information
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll reply within 30 days.
